These versatile hooks are available in 10 sizes (15 to 60mm in depth) and two versions to suit board thickness: one for thinner boards (~4.8mm) and one for thicker boards (5.0 to 5.2mm).
The size denotes the inner depth of the hook, providing an approximate measure of usable space (excluding the filleted ends).
For optimal versatility, I recommend the 4.75mm variant, as it works well on both thin and thick boards while offering excellent grip.
However, on thicker boards, you may need to apply extra pressure, which can slightly wear the coating around the holes.
If that’s a concern, consider the 5.0mm option instead.

Updates 27.10.2024: I’ve redesigned the hooks to enhance their strength and durability, updated all profiles, and expanded the size range to offer even more options.
Additionally, I’ve added variants tailored to better accommodate boards of different thicknesses, providing a more precise and secure fit.
Lock Plug For a permanent installation I highly recommend using this Lock Plug in 9 or 10mm to prevent the holder from sliding out of the pegboard holes when you retrieve your tool.
Depending on your print settings, filament and board, you might have to choose another size.
