I wanted to get a drawer handle for my IKEA KNOXHULT base cabinet in the kitchen, but found the options at IKEA a bit too pricey, so I’ve designed and printed my own.
The handle is extremely easy to print, as it’s simply an extruded surface.
There are no holes for screws, as the handle is designed to clamp onto a drawer.
Additionally, I’ve added glue to prevent it from sliding around or getting pulled up.
Print Settings Prefer PLA (or any other material, but higher rigidity is better) 100% infill or maximum wall loops (not necessary for strength, but to reduce flex and make it feel “more premium”) No supports required; leaving everything at default settings should be fine Measurements 10 cm length, although you can easily scale this in the slicer without distorting the model 16.20 mm gap between the two flat pieces that clamp onto the drawer; I’ve measured this precisely and found that 16.15 is insufficient for some of the drawers, and 16.25 is too lose, although adding glue can compensate a bit
